This is a time-lapse of the drive down Apache Trail coming from Canyon Lake, headed back toward Apache Junction. It’s a fun and scenic drive through the high desert.
We decided at the last minute to take a helicopter tour over and into the Grand Canyon. We chose Papillon for our flight and it was worth every dollar. The pilot was great and we opted for the “deluxe” chopper which was very comfortable. This video shows us lifting off from the Grand Canyon National Park Airport and heading off over Kaibab National Forest toward the canyon.
