Arizona Dining

Our meals in Arizona were eclectic to say the least. There were Mexican restaurants (including a Mexican breakfast joint), late night at the bar in the hotel basement because nothing else was open, roadside meals along Route 66, a touristy steakhouse that had surprisingly good food and lunch at an olive mill that was good enough that I bought their cookbook. It may be the culinary hotspot that some of our other trips were, but we ate pretty darn well.

Day 5

Breakfast: Miley's Cafe, Oak Creek

Dinner: King's Fish House, Tempe

Day 6

Breakfast: Hampton Inn, Tempe

Lunch: Queen Creek Olive Mill, Queen Creek

Dinner: Frank and Lupe's, Scottsdale

Day 7

Breakfast: Hampton Inn, Tempe

Lunch: Wild Flower Bakery, PHX
