December has been a productive month for photography on my site. I just added even more photos. You can check out a bunch of photos from Christmas at Longwood Gardens in the Photos section.

Huge Photo Update
I just arranged the Photos section of the website. I tried to better organize it by breaking my photo collection up by years.
At the same time, I also added quite a few new photos. The Winterthur album contains photos from my recent trip with Beth to Yuletide at Winterthur. The Hofbrauhaus album is from my grandfather’s 85th birthday celebration. There are also photos from the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ as well as a ton of photos taken during a business trip to Hampton Roads.
Enjoy!
Luau photos
I just finished posting the photos from the luau. Check them out now at www.michaelgatti.com/luau. Enjoy. If you’re in any of the photos and want an un-watermarked copy, let me know.
All New Photo Section
The Photos section of the site has been completely redone. I added a ton of new photos, replaced a few out of date ones, and re-rendered the whole section using a new program.
Hey hey, I saw a Monkee
What did I do with my weekend? Well, part of it was spent in Rhode Island at a Davy Jones (from the Monkees) concert at Misquamicut Beach. It was definately a small town event, but that was a large part of what made it fun!
Also at the concert was Pete Best, a man who no one has heard of, but was the original Beatles drummer.
They had an opening act, but he’s not worth metnioning here. The other opening act was “The Beach Bums” which was a local group that seems to be an extenion of the Misquamicut Business Association. They were good. They should have been the official opening act instead of the other not so good guy:-)
I took a ton of photos which will be online at some point possibly, but until then here’s one…
Major Site Renovation
I switched to Adobe GoLive as my web site software. I was previosuly using an ancient program called Claris Homepage. It just couldn’t keep up and it didn’t run under OS X. Whle I was moving it over I made a lot of changes to the site. Many of them are asthetic changes and behind the scenes stuff, but I did change a few things that you might want to know about:
– added more photos to the Photos section (Food, Washington DC Trip, Willow Grove Air Show)
– added a google search to the site on the homepage
– added this blog
– added some links and removed others
– added a section in Links to collect the sites I talk about in this blog
I also corrected many formatting problems.
Those of you who use my family tree site… It will be updated next!
