Colorado Dining

August 2017

Unlike some of our trips, Colorado isn't a big food destination. We ate breakfast most mornings at our hotels and skipped a meal here and there since we were busy exploring. However, we did manage to find quite a few good (and unique) restaurants. There were also a few that we had preplanned like the Dunraven Inn and the Owl Cigar Store. The biggest surprise to me was the strong German influence throughout the area. I’m always a sucker for German food.
