Rising Sun, Maryland

While looking for other places to stop on the way home from North Carolina and Virginia, I found the Plumpton Park Zoo. Despite their small size, they have quite a variety of animals. When we were heading to Rising Sun to visit the zoo, we remembered that the dairy that made the ice cream we had tried at the Havre de Grace Seafood Festival was located in Rising Sun also. Because their ice cream was by far the best we'd ever tasted, we looked them up and stopped at Kilby Cream to have some more of their amazing ice cream. I'm not usually a big ice cream fan, but this stuff was amazing.
